"#RealTalk: How Connection Helps You Thrive Emotionally and Academically" is a three-day psychoeducational workshop held from 22–24 June 2026. Designed for high school students (Years 10–12), the program combines psychological education with experiential learning to foster greater self-awareness, build meaningful peer relationships, and develop skills for navigating conflict and emotionally challenging situations. Through interactive activities, games, reflection, and role-playing, participants explore the psychology of emotions, stress management, empathy, effective communication, and resilience. The workshop aims to promote emotional well-being while strengthening students' interpersonal skills and academic engagement.
